The new line is a successor to the Davidoff Maduro from 2008 with an adapted blend: to mirror the consumers’ taste preference evolution since then, the new blend offers a more balanced and nuanced flavour profile designed for experienced aficionados. Davidoff’s Master Blenders achieved to create a full-bodied cigar of medium intensity – a combination very popular amongst aficionados.

Launched as a limited release, Maduro follows the previous limited release Davidoff Dominicana, thus providing aficionados once again with the option for a sophisticated full-bodied cigar with pronounced sweet flavours. Davidoff matched Maduro’s elaborate creation process with elegant packaging, thus equipping retailers with a product in the upper premium segment for aficionados seeking something truly special and valuable. The storytelling around the sophisticated labour- and timeintensive creation process supports the higher positioning of the new release.

Davidoff Maduro will, like Davidoff Dominicana, not belong to the White Band Collection, yet it will highlight Davidoff’s culture of craftsmanship and innovation and draw attention to the iconic line.
