Por Larranaga Gallanes – Six years have passed since Cuba’s oldest continuously existing cigar brand, Por Larranaga, introduced its last regular production vitola. The preceding cigar, the Picadores (48 X 127mm), discreetly joined the line’s regular production, initially marketed as an LCDH exclusive. The revival of this vitola from the pre-1970s era signifies Por Larranaga’s commitment to expanding its long filler production, reinforcing a traditionally machine-made heavy portfolio.

Founded in 1834 by Ignacio Larrañaga, Por Larrañaga boasts a rich history and has earned a well-deserved reputation for its consistency and impeccable presentation.

All the filler and binder tobaccos utilized in Por Larrañaga originate from the Vuelta Abajo zone.

Internationally, the range comprises cigars crafted using both the ‘tripa larga, totalmente a mano’ – long filler, totally handmade technique, and the ‘tripa corta, totalmente a mano’ – short filler, totally handmade method. However, in the UK, only the former is made available.
