Savinelli Miele 642 is an unusual bent Apple, recalls the Irish style. The rounded bowl is joined to the tapered stem by a thick and solid cylindrical shank. This model bend is particularly pronounced giving it an incredible lightness in your mouth.

Savinelli Miele pipes are born from honey and its makers as miele is Italian for honey. The bowls are glossed, reminiscent of honey’s shine. An amber acrylic stem adorns the pipe that looks like honeycomb, joined to the bowl by a black and yellow striped band. Alongside the pipe comes a honey dipper-inspired tamper to complete its sweet introduction.

Presented in a Savinelli pouch and box, with a honey spoon shaped pipe tamper and a pack of 9 mm filters.

About Savinelli Pipes

The Savinelli story began in 1876 when Achille Savinelli Sr. opened one of the world’s first stores exclusively selling smoking articles in Milan. Over time, it became a hub for passionate smokers to exchange ideas. Achille Sr. started designing pipes, later showcased at the Italian Industrial Exposition in 1881. His son Carlo took over in 1890, fostering strong client relationships. Achille Jr., born in 1918, learned pipe making during World War II. After the war, he founded Savinelli’s own pipe production, driven by a desire to match foreign quality with Italian craftsmanship. With the help of friends, he opened the Savinelli factory in 1948, producing pipes of superior quality. Despite initial skepticism, Savinelli pipes gained global acclaim, setting a new standard. Achille Jr.’s dedication to quality and design laid the foundation for the company’s success. Today, Giancarlo, the great-grandson of the founder, leads Savinelli, balancing tradition with innovation, ensuring its legacy endures into the future.
