Foundation’s first cigar, El Güegüense (or “The Wise Man”), debuted in 2015 and a maduro version followed in 2017. Both El Güegüense cigars are made at the Tabacos Valle de Jalapa (TABSA) factory in Nicaragua.

The follow up to El Güegënse is The Wise Man Maduro. With no sophomore slump, Cigar Aficionado gave The Wise Man Maduro a rating of 95 and #3 Cigar of the Year.

The cigar shares the same Corojo binder found on the El Güegënse & has specially sourced Nicaraguan fillers. However, the wrapper is a Mexican San Andrés Maduro that Nick personally helped develop for this blend.

The Wise Man Maduro comes in 6 sizes. The result is a medium to full bodied smoke with notes of spice, espresso and cacao
