On Wednesday, July 24th, Alicia had the privilege of attending a special event organized by Plasencia Cigars, known as the Plasencia Discovery Day, held at the elegant Dakota Hotel in Manchester. Along with nine other enthusiasts, Alicia delved into the rich heritage and meticulous processes behind the renowned Plasencia cigar portfolio.

The highlight of the event was the Plasencia Academy presentation titled “The Language of Tobacco”, delivered by Rodrigo Medina Mendieta, the Global Brand Ambassador for Plasencia Cigars S.A. Rodrigo’s insightful presentation offered a comprehensive overview of the intricate cigar-making process, from cultivation to craftsmanship, highlighting the brand’s dedication to quality and tradition.
