A Memorable Evening at the Cohiba Talismán UK Launch at Kensington Palace
On 7 October 2026, James and Rosalie Barber had the pleasure of attending the prestigious Cohiba Talismán UK Launch, held at the beautiful Orangery at Kensington Palace in London, alongside a few dear friends and fellow cigar enthusiasts.
Hosted by Hunter & Frankau, the evening brought together members of the cigar community for a special celebration of the Cohiba Talismán, one of the most recognised limited-edition releases from the renowned Cuban cigar brand.
The magnificent surroundings of Kensington Palace provided a wonderful setting for the occasion, with guests enjoying an evening of friendship, conversation and a shared appreciation of cigar heritage.
A Celebration with a Meaningful Purpose
One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the Cohiba Talismán Limited Edition 2017, a celebrated release that continues to attract considerable interest among cigar collectors and enthusiasts.
Beyond the celebration, the event also supported the Cuba Vive Medical Aid Appeal, an important initiative helping to provide much-needed medical assistance to the people of Cuba. It was a meaningful reminder of the strong connections between the cigar community and the country whose craftsmanship and traditions have contributed so much to its history.
